Questions
What about our products?
You choose from name brand blank goods in numerous styles and price
ranges. You can choose from our thousands of images and hundreds
of fonts - or provide your own graphics to create the perfect design you
are looking for. You order is reviewed with you by our production
team and, if needed, any design improvements are recommended. Your
products are created using high quality screen-printing ink, vinyl (need
more here) and embroidery.
What do your prices include?
Our pricing is all-inclusive. There are no hidden charges, and we
provide you with the best quality, custom design for your money.
Price quotes are based on the total quantity, the color and brand of the
blank item you select, and, for screen-printing, the number of colors in
your design.
Are there any order minimums?
There is a 12 piece minimum for screen-printed t-shirts. Most
embroidered items have a one-piece minimum.
How fast is my
order processed and completed?
For t-shirts and most other products, standard delivery is 14 days.
Four-day rush delivery is available for most in-stock apparel. For
individual items brought in for names and/or numbers, please allow 4
days for rush orders. All delivery times are quoted in working
(Mon-Fri) days or for specific a delivery date. National holidays are
not considered working days.
What is your guarantee?
We combine quality oriented personal review of each order to ensure the
highest accuracy custom design possible. We will review what the
finished products look just like with you before production begins.
All products carry a money-back guarantee. If it’s our fault, we fix it.
What forms of payment do you accept and how do I make a payment?
We accept MasterCard and Visa. You may also pay by mail with a check or
money order. We accept payments via Purchase Order as a
convenience for qualified institutions, such as educational
institutions, government entities, and corporations with established
P.O. systems. If you have any questions about making payment via
